1.
Oranim Educational Initiatives programs are institutes
for learning with educational aspects integrated with the touring
experience. There will be
seminars, lectures, and special features, which will serve to enhance the
quality of the program.
Participants are expected to identify with the educational component by
giving their full attention at all times.
2.
Each group consists of 30-40 members. Each participant is expected to accept
decisions made for the group and participate in all group activities. Another expectation is cooperation: helping to load buses, appearing at the
appointed places on time, accepting responsibilities when so assigned,
etc. It is very important that
each group member make every effort to get along with all group members.
3.
Your adult leaders are responsible for the group. They act on behalf of Oranim
Educational Initiatives, and in most cases, their decisions are final. They are entrusted to take the
appropriate steps to insure the welfare of the group in totality and to enforce
the policies of Oranim Educational Initiatives. When necessary, they may restrict the individual
participation when it serves to affect the success of the group.
4.
The goal of Oranim in accepting applicants for Oranim
Educational Initiatives program is to offer the best possible experience on
your trip. To do so, like any
quality program, certain reasonable standards of behavior must be maintained. Disciplinary action, including
terminating the tour for any participant before completion resulting from
infraction of policies or unreasonable behavior, is the prerogative of Oranim
Educational Initiatives. In such
cases, the return transportation will be at the participant’s OWN EXPENSE,
and there cannot be ANY REFUND for the part of the program missed. Any other additional expenses will also
be the responsibility of the participant’s family.
5.
Payment will be made in full according to the payment
schedule. The total program cost
will be paid in full by the deadline of May 15, 2006. Participants not paid in full prior to departure will not be
able to attend the program.
6.
Having read the above, I as a parent and I as a
prospective participant understand the objectives of the Oranim Educational
Initiatives, the program, the expectations of the participants enrolled in the
program, and the consequences in the event that a behavioral problem occurs
during the trip.
We agree to all terms as stated in the above guidelines.
