Oranim
Educational Initiatives, 4 Hakikar St., Kfar Saba, Israel, and 5432 Mayfield Rd,
Lyndhurst, OH 44124 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is responsible to
you in making arrangements for the tour services offered, including
transportation, sightseeing, and hotel accommodations.
The carriers, hotels, and
other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not
agents, employees, or servants of, or joint ventures with the Company or its
affiliates. All certificates and other travel documents for tour services
issued by the Company are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the
supplier and to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied.
The Company reserves the right
to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, to expel any tour
participant from the tour, to make changes in the itinerary whenever the
Company deems it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the tour
participants, and to cancel a tour at any time.
The tour participant agrees
that neither the Company nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damage,
loss (including personal injury, death, and property loss) or expense
occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing tour services, or
any insurer or insurance administrator of the Travel Protection Plan, or of any
other person.
Legal proceedings against the
Company may be instituted only in a court within the State of Israel, and any
claim involved in such proceedings shall be decided in accordance with the laws
of the State of Israel. Any legal proceedings against the Company must be
commenced within one year following the date of tour completion.
Neither the Company nor any
affiliate shall in any case be liable for other than compensatory damages, and
you hereby waive any right to punitive damages.
No person, other than an
authorized representative of the Company by a document in writing, is
authorized to vary, add, or waive any term or condition in this offer, including
any term or condition set forth in the preceding provisions.
Travel in Undeveloped Areas
This tour may involve hazards
incident to travel in undeveloped areas including those arising from political
unrest, poor security and safety conditions and limited medical and evacuation
facilities in case of illness or accident. We will make reasonable efforts to
limit the hazards but neither the company nor its affiliates assumes liability
for damage, loss or expense arising from such hazards.

Initiatives Commitment
Oranim Educational Initiatives
will make every reasonable effort to insure that the trip will go according to
plan. In case of difficulties necessitating a change of program, accommodations
or other services, all practical efforts will be made to provide an equivalent
service or product.
I understand that in the
event of violation of the rules and/or Oranim Educational Initiatives policies, Oranim Educational
Initiatives may at its option, terminate this program for my son/daughter from
the location of the program at my expense. All Oranim Educational Initiatives programs are educational experiences that combine intense
learning experiences with recreational activities. As such, participants are expected to adhere to appropriate
rules and attitudes.
