  • A local toll-free number is available for arranging connecting flights to and from the international departure gateway.

  • Groups are met at the airport of departure and chaperoned throughout the group international flights.

  • Full assistance is available for group flights upon arrival in foreign airports.

  • Specially trained North American and Israeli staff members are on call 24 hrs a day.

  • Full emergency medical coverage is provided with medical staff on call 24 hrs a day.

  • A special Oranim Educational Initiatives website serves as an online resource for parents and friends. The site includes itinerary and hotel contact information for the group as well as digital photographs and messages from the participants, posted and updated throughout the tour.

  • E-mail reception service is available for easy contact: each group will have a special e-mail address where messages can be left for the participants.

  • Chaperons facilitate money exchange for the entire group.

  • International calling cards are readily available for purchase enabling the participants to stay in touch.

  • Arrangements are made, on a regular basis, for the group to do laundry (additional fee).

  • A cellular phone is allocated to each Tour Educator for outgoing emergency calls and contact with our office.
